From 6th – 14th May 2022 an exhibition about the Back to the Barracks project took place in an empty shop space in Newcastle-Under-Lyme town centre.
The space was provided by Appetite, an Arts Council funded Creative People and Places initiative, as part of their Newcastle Common programme where empty shops are turned in to creative spaces.
The exhibition was created by Stoke based Artist/Curator Siobhan Mcaleer and featured a variety of artworks, photos from the project, items made with the community during the project, historical documents and maps. On the 14th May a final project celebration took place.
