To remember the Staffordshire First Regiment, that were based in the Barracks during its time as an armoury, participants were invited to join Denise O’Sullivan Ceramics to create their own personal military buttons.

Participants used coloured clays to make buttons which they then stamped impressed details on to in their own designs. A hand printed postcard of a Staffordshire First Regiment solider was included in a kit, along with paints and brushes, for people to take home and paint.
